If an Oasis Applicant Tracking System client reaches out about a question that is not related to ATS, please do the following:
1. Forward the ticket information or email from the client to: Emily; firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Respond to the client that "Thank you for getting in touch. It seems that your question/issue relates to the overall Oasis system rather than specifically to Oasis Applicant Tracking System. We have submitted your issue to the Oasis Support team to address. An Oasis Support representative will be in touch shortly."
